Grassroots Organization Since 2022
Our Mission is to "DISCOVER THE GAPS" by finding out through direct contact with those who have experienced struggle, what has been effective for them and what we can learn are the needs that are not met by those in need. You have a personal connection to its development and have experience in mental health, crisis management, social services, mentoring, and community work.
